Job Summary

Perform independent internal controls testing for assigned Reporting Units, assessing the design and operating effectiveness of the control environment under Zurich’s ICIF. Use the ZICTT Agentic AI solution as your primary testing workspace, analyze financial reporting risks and control appropriateness, and support managers and control owners with timely responses. Ensure documentation meets Zurich methodology standards, contribute to ZICTT transformation initiatives, and help continuously enhance AI-enabled testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform internal controls testing for assigned Reporting Units using the ZICTT Agentic AI solution as the primary testing workspace.
•Support Senior Specialists and Testing Partners by analyzing financial reporting risks and the completeness/appropriateness of controls.
•Test sensitive controls involving highly confidential evidence and information.
•Collaborate with Internal Controls Managers and Control Owners, providing timely support and resolving questions.
•Deliver testing documentation and results that meet Zurich methodology requirements and quality/deadline standards; support related projects and AI solution enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
•At least 1 year of postgraduate experience in Internal Controls, Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, or a related area.
•English C1 proficiency.
•Knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes, Information Security, IT Audit/IT Governance, and Risk & Compliance.
•Understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks; prior internal controls/audit or SOX experience is desirable.
