Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform internal controls testing for assigned Reporting Units using the ZICTT Agentic AI solution as the primary testing workspace.
  • •Support Senior Specialists and Testing Partners by analyzing financial reporting risks and the completeness/appropriateness of controls.
  • •Test sensitive controls involving highly confidential evidence and information.
  • •Collaborate with Internal Controls Managers and Control Owners, providing timely support and resolving questions.
  • •Deliver testing documentation and results that meet Zurich methodology requirements and quality/deadline standards; support related projects and AI solution enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • •At least 1 year of postgraduate experience in Internal Controls, Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, or a related area.
  • •English C1 proficiency.
  • •Knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes, Information Security, IT Audit/IT Governance, and Risk & Compliance.
  • •Understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks; prior internal controls/audit or SOX experience is desirable.
