Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain survey instruments including Total Station, level, and GPS, and supervise a one to two-person field crew.
  • •Perform property surveys, topographic surveys, construction stakeout for private, government and commercial clients.
  • •Read and interpret survey notes, sketches, maps, deeds, as-builts, construction plans and drawings and records; use GPS/GNSS and laser scanning for field procedures.
  • •Take survey field notes, sketches and written records daily; participate in project meetings and ensure data QA/QC to meet project requirements.
  • •Mentor and train junior crew members, prepare timesheets, and uphold safety procedures while maintaining equipment and field vehicles

Salary: USD 23 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of land surveying experience or equivalent
  • •2 years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief
  • •Valid US Driver’s License and must pass AECOM Motor Vehicle Records Review
