Key Responsibilities

•Drive monthly and quarterly forecasting processes and communicate requirements to stakeholders to develop bottoms-up forecasts.
•Perform monthly close for NPD headcount, opex, and capex with statutory accounting team.
•Drive report standardization for the NPD function and deliver timely, accurate reporting packs to senior leadership.
•Lead the annual budget planning process to consolidate financials and align top-down expectations.
•Present accurate, consolidated financial performance with variances to budget, forecast, and prior year to facilitate senior leadership discussions.

•Forecasting: drive monthly & quarterly forecasting with bottoms-up inputs from stakeholders.
•Monthly close responsibilities for NPD headcount, opex and capex in collaboration with statutory accounting team.
