Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the preparation of SEC filings (8-Ks, 10-Qs, 10-Ks), including associated XBRL tagging requirements.
  • •Prepare financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and other disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
  • •Create underlying workpapers and analyses to support disclosures, including maintaining a disclosure checklist.
  • •Ensure SOX compliance throughout financial reporting and related processes; interface with external auditors during SEC filing procedures.
  • •Prepare share-based compensation entries and reconciliation for month-end close, provide equity-related analysis, and support ad hoc technical accounting and SEC reporting workstreams.

Key Requirements
