Job Summary

Help customers integrate and get maximum value from the Enode API and optimization tooling, acting as both a pre-sales and post-sales technical partner. You’ll advise on technical architecture and best practices, debug customer implementations, and make improvements directly in the Enode codebase. Partner across engineering, product, and sales within the Customer Success team, championing new features and internal initiatives based on customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and help customers implement technical solutions using the Enode API aligned with their needs.
•Advise customers on technical product architecture and API best practices; provide ongoing technical support, including answering questions and debugging implementations.
•Identify and debug issues in customer implementations and proactively make necessary fixes or improvements in the Enode codebase.
•Act as a champion for new products, features, and initiatives based on customer discussions and product expertise.
•Drive and contribute to internal projects such as developer portal experience, Integration Guides, and customer analysis.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience relevant to customer engineering (e.g., solutions sales engineering or user-oriented software engineering).
•Experience deploying complex software in critical-infrastructure-like environments, mapping API software to enterprise ERP/CRM stacks.
•Experience working with enterprise customers with large IT departments and governance processes.
•Ability to manage technical client relationships and also dive into the codebase to make fixes and improvements.
•Strong communication skills to explain complex technical issues to different audiences.
