Engineering Manager – Electrical Systems

Lead a multi-disciplinary team within the Electrical Power team, delivering power systems design and defining electrical power system elements for the next-generation submarine design and build process. Own technical documentation processes and associated technical risks, provide electrical power guidance across engineering disciplines, and collaborate with customers and suppliers on complex problems. Guide the systems definition process and mentor more junior team members, with regular UK travel to relevant sites.
