Operations Excellence Manager

Lead operational excellence for upstream chemical thermal operations by partnering with clients and internal teams to drive performance, reliability, and continuous improvement. Support plant trials and troubleshoot operational challenges, ensuring KPIs are measured, recorded, and achieved. Use a Total Systems Approach and TBAM methodologies to conduct audits, review facility designs, interpret system performance, and recommend improvements. Mentor team members and help grow business through data-driven insights and collaboration with account and field leaders.
