Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive operational excellence by defining and executing Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies aligned to business goals.
  • •Lead the Continuous Improvement Council and implement the CI roadmap and annual improvement calendar aligned with Eaton Business System (EBS) priorities.
  • •Run Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), Kaizen workshops, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) initiatives to deliver breakthrough improvements.
  • •Lead Industry 4.0 initiatives using IoT-based machine connectivity, real-time data acquisition, and performance monitoring, including development of Power BI dashboards and analytics.
  • •Manage cost-out projects by eliminating waste, tracking savings, and producing monthly cost-out reporting in partnership with finance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •7+ years of experience in Manufacturing.
  • •Experience driving Industry 4.0 and executing IoT solutions while working closely with the IT team.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and execution of Value Stream Mapping.
  • •Thorough understanding of problem-solving methodologies (root cause, corrective action) used in structured approaches.
