SOC Analyst - Tier 3 (Managed SOC)

Lead and manage ZainTECH’s Security Operations Center (SOC) team to ensure effective 24x7 security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response coordination. Provide technical leadership and operational oversight across SOC functions, ensuring adherence to customer SLAs and procedures while supporting investigations, containment, and recovery. Drive continuous improvement of monitoring and detection capabilities, review detection logic and operational playbooks, and manage reporting and security governance with customers and internal stakeholders.
