Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily SOC operations across monitoring and response activities, including 24x7 shift coverage and management.
  • •Oversee incident handling, escalation, and investigation activities as the primary escalation point for high-severity incidents.
  • •Coordinate containment, investigation, eradication, and recovery efforts; review incident reports to ensure investigation quality.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop SOC analysts, including performance reviews, knowledge transfer, and support for recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • •Drive continuous improvement of monitoring and detection capabilities by reviewing/approving use cases, correlation rules, dashboards, and operational procedures, and support SOC maturity initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of cybersecurity experience and 3+ years of SOC operations experience.
  • •Previous experience leading security operations teams.
  • •Strong experience with SIEM platforms, threat detection, incident response, and security operations management.
  • •Experience working in a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
