Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 5+ years of prior engineering experience in a quality environment, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of related experience.
  • •If no degree, 9+ years of related experience is required.
  • •Experience applying engineering principles, root cause and corrective action (RCCA) methodologies, and design analysis techniques.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required in order to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. government security clearance (DoD Secret).
