Job Summary

Build and evolve the Collections platform within the Repayments organization, helping recover delinquent users by sending the right messages at the right time. You’ll design and launch backend systems for high availability and reliability, collaborate with product, design, and analytics, and manage delivery by breaking down projects into phased tasks. You’ll also monitor engineering metrics, support on-call operations, and improve your team through code reviews and growth activities.

•Break down larger projects into tasks and deliver them in phases with support from the team’s tech lead and manager.

•Create and monitor metrics to support engineering artifact operations and availability, escalating when needed and supporting on-call.
•Build backend collections solutions to keep the loans portfolio healthy and help customers pay on time and recover from delays.
•Participate in team growth activities, including contributing to the interview process.
