  • •Break down larger projects into tasks and deliver them in phases with support from the team’s tech lead and manager.

  • •Create and monitor metrics to support engineering artifact operations and availability, escalating when needed and supporting on-call.
  • •Build backend collections solutions to keep the loans portfolio healthy and help customers pay on time and recover from delays.
