Head Section - Contracts and Procurement Department

Lead the strategic planning and oversight of contracts and procurement activities, including policies, procedures, and operational plans. Manage the annual procurement plan, oversee tendering processes, and ensure compliance through detailed review of vendor bids and contract variations. Supervise vendor performance evaluation, inventory and asset management, and the full cycle of financial and procurement-related transactions. Drive coordination across internal units to support contracting, maintenance, and facility-related services while ensuring information security and employee capability development.
