Serve as a venue merchandise seller at the point of sale for artist merchandise, supporting fans with prompt customer service. Prepare and display inventory before events, process purchases using the POS, and handle cash and credit/debit card transactions accurately. Maintain your stand throughout the event and complete end-of-show closeout by counting remaining merchandise and returning it. Participate in venue sustainability efforts.

•Provide prompt, thorough customer service to ensure an excellent fan experience.
•Maintain accurate cash handling while processing purchases using the POS.
•Handle guest credit/debit cards and applicable transactions.
•Prepare stand display and manage inventory by counting items before and after the event.
•Maintain the stand throughout the event and complete end-of-event closeout with a final inventory count.

Key Requirements

•Must be able to work up to 12 hours per shift.
•Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
•Ability to stand for long periods of time.
•Must have reliable transportation due to scheduled hours.
•Must have cash handling experience and strong communication skills.
