Key Responsibilities

•Provide support for individual pupils and small groups inside and outside the classroom to enable full participation in the school day and well-being.
•Be proactive regarding health and safety, and support compliance with legislation and school policies.
•Assist with implementation of individual education programmes and help monitor pupils’ progress.
•Support pupils with additional needs (e.g., emotional and behavioural difficulties) and develop social skills.
•Assist class teachers with maintaining pupil records, preparing displays of pupils’ work, and supporting teaching tasks such as photocopying; attend meetings as required.

Key Requirements

•Must be a UAE National with a minimum secondary school certificate or bachelors.
•At least two years of experience in UAE schools.
•English language skills or the language applied in the school curriculum.
•Ability to support pupils’ social, emotional, and physical well-being in and around the classroom.
•Understanding of health and safety expectations and willingness to comply with school policies.
