Job Summary

Lead the evolution and ongoing management of compliance-focused banking platforms, operating like a Product Owner. Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and Agile delivery teams to keep platforms stable, compliant, and ready for enhancements. Own the product backlog and prioritize work based on business value, risk, and regulatory requirements. Support platforms for abandoned property, levy/garnishment processing, legal order payments, and safe deposit box/escheatment workflows.

•Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and prioritization discussions.
•Own and manage the product backlog for assigned platforms, prioritizing based on business value, risk, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
•Support platforms for abandoned property/dormant account processes, electronic levy and garnishment processing, child support and other legal order payment workflows, and safe deposit box/escheatment activities.
•Partner with compliance, operations, technology, and business stakeholders to maintain platform stability and regulatory adherence.
•Drive continuous improvement across processes, platforms, and team practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,360 - 101,600 annually
