Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and build a multi-vendor, multi-modal, multi-market supply chain planning platform designed to scale.
  • •Own the end-to-end model pipeline lifecycle (feature engineering, forecasting framework, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, refresh) and experimentation framework.
  • •Integrate with vendor management, order management, and inventory platforms to centralize weekly ordering cadence.
  • •Build AI-augmented capabilities, including LLM-aided observability/root-cause analysis and natural-language operator interfaces with agentic planning workflows.
  • •Create operator tooling (dashboards, override workflows, audit trails, alerts) and observability for drift, data quality, and forecast failures; incorporate override feedback loops.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of software engineering experience with data-intensive, ML-adjacent/science platform systems in production.
  • •Proven 0-to-1 platform ownership from greenfield architecture through production.
  • •Hands-on production ML/AI platform engineering experience (feature pipelines, model serving, experimentation, monitoring, drift detection, and AI infrastructure like vector stores/prompt-trace versioning/LLM evaluation harnesses).
  • •AI-native engineering practice, including using AI tooling while maintaining quality through review rigor.
  • •Science literacy to collaborate with forecasting/optimization scientists and translate needs into durable infrastructure.
