HR Business Partner Generalist

Partner with HR leadership to implement annual HR initiatives, oversee compensation rounds for assigned staff, ensure communication plans and employee surveys are executed, advise managers on regulatory and collective labor requirements, implement HR policies and processes, coordinate recruitment/onboarding, collaborate with the works council, and supervise a defined employee group with payroll accuracy.
