Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and enforce safety standards, including PPE compliance, incident investigation, and correction of unsafe conditions.
  • •Develop action plans and objectives from the operations profit plan (High 5 metrics, SIOP, and capex projects) and cascade them across the workforce.
  • •Lead continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives to eliminate waste.
  • •Run daily Tier 3 meetings (goals, interrupters, metrics) and escalate urgent needs as appropriate.
  • •Manage production capacity and manning strategy, facilitate corrective action for production issues, and monitor performance to objectives.
