Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Core HR and Talent Management (LMS and Performance Management) modules.
  • •Configure functionality and support setup/change activities for Core HR and Talent Management enhancements.
  • •Gather requirements with internal and external partners and design complex integration solutions.
  • •Generate and maintain reports/queries using appropriate reporting tools and ensure reporting meets stakeholder needs.
