Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to achieve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost objectives.
  • •Plan, develop, and lead continuous improvement projects for welding, heat treatment, surface finishing, and material flow.
  • •Ensure fabrication processes comply with engineering standards, material specifications, and quality and environmental management systems.
  • •Analyze process deviations, identify root causes, and implement sustainable technical solutions with clear documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • •Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve technical problems, and implement process improvements in a production environment.
  • •Working knowledge of engineering standards, quality systems, and safe manufacturing practices.
