Assistant Manager, Investigations (UAE National)

Serve as the #2 of an independent regulatory compliance body, reviewing and evaluating compliance with directives from UAE regulatory authorities. Implement and manage an effective regulatory compliance control framework, maintain regulatory intelligence, oversee accurate and timely regulatory submissions, and remediate compliance gaps found in audits and examinations. Build relationships with regulators (CBUAE) and act as a compliance SME for product review and new services to ensure ongoing adherence to applicable laws and guidelines.
