Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the NPI program timeline with engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • •Collaborate with engineering departments to improve product yield and line performance.
  • •Manage new part type performance indices, analyze opportunities for improvement, and drive best-in-class product cycle time.
  • •Build analytical capability to improve NPI line efficiency through automation and interactive software/interfaces.
  • •Optimize site inventory management and align business processes using advanced scheduling logic and leading production report metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
  • •Experience with data analytics, data visualization, and data presentation using Microsoft, SQL, or Python is a plus.
  • •Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
  • •Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
