Key Responsibilities

•Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Customer Insights from data model through customer-facing experience.
•Define the usage data layer in partnership with Engineering and Data including the metrics that anchor renewal and expansion narratives.
•Evolve customer-accessible audit logs to be enterprise ready.
•Define Mural's POV on AI-native insights and ship the first set of AI-powered capabilities on this surface.
•Partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate insights into the narratives that win renewals and unlock expansion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 building analytics, reporting, or data products for a business or admin audience.
•Strong data fluency from shaping data models, instrumentation strategy, and can hold your own with engineers on freshness, granularity, aggregation, and pipeline tradeoffs.
•AI product sense from using AI tools regularly, and can hold a real point of view on what AI-native data products look like.
•A track record of turning ambiguous business questions into clear product surfaces.
•Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success on renewal and expansion narratives
