Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in implementation of Nuvolo’s Connected Workspace products using ServiceNow and the Global Services Delivery model.
  • •Develop and configure web services within the EAM platform built on ServiceNow.
  • •Perform ServiceNow development, configuration, and analysis across modules and applications.
  • •Build and maintain platform components (e.g., Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, dictionary entries, data imports/transforms, workflows, ACLs).
  • •Integrate the platform with third-party tools using REST APIs and perform unit testing, validation, and peer code reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
  • •Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or GlideScript.
  • •Understanding of core ServiceNow components and configuration practices.
  • •Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, and HTTP.
  • •Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
