Lead a team of data scientists and analytics engineers to drive measurement and innovation for personalization and merchandising. •Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with strong ownership and judgment.
•Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field, with deep expertise in applied data science and experimentation in consumer-facing, algorithm-driven products.
