Job Summary

Lead instructor for a 2-week, remote engagement guiding senior Customer Success and Account Management professionals to become AI-enabled Product Marketing Managers. You will teach PMM fundamentals, AI positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for enterprise AI offerings, mentor students through strategy workshops, review deliverables, and demonstrate how to use analytics and AI tools to optimize messaging and market entry for tools like Copilot and Azure AI Foundry.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Live Instruction: Deliver high-energy, synchronous remote lectures on PMM fundamentals, including AI positioning frameworks, messaging, and persona development.
•Facilitate Strategy Workshops: Guide students through hands-on activities to create messaging frameworks, competitive intelligence reports, and launch strategy documents.
•Storytelling & Messaging Mentorship: Help learners craft AI-driven customer stories and value propositions leveraging their CSAM strengths.
•Review Market Deliverables: Provide expert, actionable feedback on student projects focused on launch motions and market-entry activities for AI products.
•AI Tool Integration: Teach students how to use analytics and AI content tools to iterate on messaging and improve marketing efficiency.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in product marketing with at least 2+ years positioning and launching AI-powered products at an enterprise scale
•Deep expertise in positioning, messaging, personas, and GTM launch motions (PMM core)
•Proven experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing professionals in a remote setting
•Strong understanding of the Microsoft AI ecosystem (Copilot, Azure AI, Foundry) and competitive landscape
•AI-900 certification is required
