Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the regional office and countries in developing proposals for the Pandemic Fund and other donor rounds.
  • •Coordinate joint projects with partners such as the World Bank, ADB, and other multilateral financing entities.
  • •Coordinate regional monitoring mechanisms and technical working groups, including meetings, proceedings, and follow-up on action points.
  • •Develop log frameworks and monitoring templates, and monitor overall project implementation with regional and country office officers.
  • •Prepare project reports and other documents to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and monitoring frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •At least five (5) years of experience in programme management in health and/or the development sector, including two (2) years of international exposure.
  • •Proven project management skills, with capacity to monitor and evaluate implementation, develop proposals, and produce project reports.
  • •University degree in Business Administration, Planning, Project Management, or Health/Medical Sciences.
  • •Expert knowledge of English.
  • •Desirable: training in donor/external relations/partnerships, report writing/communication, public health and/or emergencies; a master’s degree in relevant fields would be an asset.
