Key Responsibilities

  • •Own growth engineering strategy across discovery, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention, from identifying opportunities through design, launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • •Design and evolve experimentation, event instrumentation, attribution, funnel analysis, content, and lifecycle experiences to enable fast, trusted learning.
  • •Build polished user-facing experiences and the backend systems behind them, including data models, APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
  • •Use user and product data to identify friction, form hypotheses, and make disciplined product/technical bets.
  • •Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data to lead launches, localization, and adoption improvements across Ondo’s products.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years building and operating production full-stack applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • •Experience driving measurable acquisition, activation, engagement, or retention outcomes via growth engineering, product-led growth, or similarly data-informed work.
  • •Experience building and operating serverless systems on AWS, including Lambda and services such as API Gateway, EventBridge, or SQS.
  • •Strong experience with BigQuery and product analytics to model funnels, investigate user behavior, and measure impact.
  • •Strong fundamentals in API and data-model design, relational databases, event-driven systems, event instrumentation, experimentation, testing, and observability.
