Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and enhance Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.
  • •Configure products to meet functional requirements, including integration interfaces, integration maps, web services, and transport protocols.
  • •Troubleshoot and remediate issues impacting infrastructure and integration operations.
  • •Ensure high availability (24x7x365) for messaging, voice, and email gateways, including emergency assessment and solution recommendations.
  • •Write and deploy scripts to automate day-to-day operations; maintain server configuration, monitoring jobs, and infrastructure documentation across cloud environments.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of recent technical experience in a professional services/enterprise DevOps role.
  • •Hands-on proficiency across areas like infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Docker/Kubernetes orchestration, and configuration management (Ansible).
  • •Experience with programming and automation using Python, including writing and deploying scripts across environments.
  • •Strong experience with CI/CD tooling such as DroneCI and Argo CD, plus monitoring/logging (Elastic Stack) and network protocols/standards.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, software engineering, or other IT-related fields.
