Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform assigned QA tasks, including moving products off production conveyors and down-stacking onto skids.
  • •Follow safety, environmental, and quality policies and identify casting defects in boxes, large boxes, and covers.
  • •Label and log non-conformances with HOLD tags and communicate quality concerns to casting line teams and casters.
  • •Lead STOP/CALL/WAIT when scrap is identified and perform light rework on the line.
  • •Maintain 5S, identify hazards, assist QA inspectors with raw material testing, and participate in LEAN/CI initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •High School or equivalent with work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Trained to applicable training matrix standards supporting the position.
