Federal Programs Manager – Buildings & Places

Oversee the long-term management and growth of a Federal portfolio in the Pacific Northwest, taking over multi-year, multi-task order contracts and leading a dedicated project management team. Manage and direct professional and technical staff, oversee task orders at the executive level, track pipeline and performance milestones, and ensure compliance with regulatory and QA standards. Also support invoicing/cash flow, budget tracking, proposal approaches, and client/business development activities with senior leaders.
