Key Responsibilities

  • •Use and maintain janitorial power equipment and hand tools for cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpet, furniture, and related areas.
  • •Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and stairs; clean and sanitize bathrooms.
  • •Clean and restock break rooms and common areas, including sinks, countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, and related supplies.
  • •Dust and clean office desks and furniture; clean windows and windowsills; maintain janitor closets and equipment.
  • •Follow safety policies and proper chemical/PPE use; complete assigned work order tickets and operate the cardboard/garbage compactor.
