Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement advanced Power BI dashboards with AI capabilities and automated insights, optimizing performance with expert DAX programming.
  • •Create financial data models and integrate multi-source data using SQL and Alteryx for automated preparation and transformation.
  • •Maintain high-quality reporting through Power Query editing, DAX measures, and Power BI server administration (dataflows and semantic models), including peer review governance.
  • •Present financial insights to non-finance audiences and support the Finance team in aligning business problems with AI-driven solutions and visualization best practices.
  • •Lead digital transformation and process-improvement initiatives in financial reporting, delivering monthly management reporting dashboards with variance analysis and KPI trend/risk/opportunity insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep demonstrable Power BI development experience, including expert DAX programming, data modelling, and AI features/Premium functionality.
  • •Strong SQL skills for complex data extraction and manipulation, plus basic Alteryx experience and advanced Excel skills.
  • •Strong finance background working with financial data, including financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting with business context interpretation.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate/remove roadblocks and proactively identify AI/automation opportunities.
  • •Quality mindset with excellent teamwork across Finance, FP&A, and IT teams.
