Build and maintain trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually while adopting a digital-first mindset. Assess customers’ banking needs, gather and process account information, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned to their goals. Open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications, partnering with branch teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
