Job Summary

Deliver classroom and small-group technical and soft-skills training for a Canadian banking portfolio, supporting up to 18 participants in class and 5–7 in group sessions. Prepare training logistics, follow delivery processes and curricula, and complete required privacy/security/fraud training. Coach and manage learner performance during training and through transition into production, using standardized evaluations to measure effectiveness and share results with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare for training delivery, including systems, facilities, course materials, and welcome emails to participants.
•Use adult learning principles to conduct in-class technical and/or soft-skills training for new and existing employees.
•Adhere to delivery processes and methodologies, completing scheduled curriculum delivery and related reporting.
•Complete mandatory privacy, security, and fraud training requirements.
•Coach learners in the classroom and during transition into production, using evaluations to assess effectiveness and provide results to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Credit card and/or financial industry experience (portfolio-dependent).
•Excellent communication skills in English and French, verbally and in writing.
•1–2 years of operational and customer service experience in a Contact Centre (asset).
•Strong organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to conduct scheduled training sessions.
•Coaching experience with listening, feedback, goal setting, and the ability to identify performance trends and create action plans.
