Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure special education and related services are provided as determined by the IEP team, including communicating with parents and related service staff.
  • •Develop compliant IEPs, progress reports, and required special education documentation.
  • •Lead collaborative special education meetings such as annual IEP meetings.
  • •Provide accommodations and modifications using provided resources, including assistive technology, supplemental curriculum, and accessible text.
  • •Collect and analyze student data and work samples to monitor progress toward IEP goals, prescribe remediation/enrichment, and prepare students for standardized tests.
