Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts, including establishing cost control procedures and reporting frameworks.
  • •Track actual costs against budget and forecast variances, analyze trends and risks, and escalate cost overruns with mitigation actions.
  • •Review contracts, change orders, claims, and commercial implications; evaluate contractor invoices, variations, and payment applications while ensuring compliance.
  • •Lead monthly forecasting and cash flow projections, identify financial risks, and support scenario analysis and contingency planning.
  • •Present cost performance updates to leadership and clients, provide commercial guidance across the project lifecycle, and mentor junior cost engineers/analysts.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of experience in cost management, project controls, commercial management, or related functions.
  • •Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • •Proven experience managing large-scale projects and complex budgets.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and project management tools.
