Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and monitor internal and external order schedules and consolidate deliveries according to supervisor requirements, including setting expedition priorities.
  • •Ensure proper storage and sorting of shipment items as part of preparation for goods delivery.
  • •Check shipping orders and visually inspect product labels to identify non-conformities in cooperation with Quality Control.
  • •Create accurate transport documents (delivery notes, shipping documents, transport orders, goods pickup orders) for domestic and international customers in the SAP system.
  • •Maintain up-to-date records of packaging materials (pallets) and ensure compliance with occupational safety, fire protection, and environmental protection standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum secondary education (Level III or higher).
  • •Preferably 3 years of work experience in similar positions (e.g., product packaging).
  • •Knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • •High level of communication skills.
  • •Forklift Driving License.
