Key Responsibilities

•Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center.
•Manage facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is not onsite.
•Identify bottlenecks impacting throughput and efficiency; perform root cause analysis, develop action plans, and execute with site leadership and associates.
•Conduct weekly site performance reviews against targets and communicate challenges and countermeasures.
•Guide daily site manager huddles and support continuous improvement projects, including implementing and training process changes.

Key Requirements

•Open to relocation after training, ideally nationwide or at minimum regionally (Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, West Coast).
•Experience leading teams of 50+ associates with a record of developing employees.
•8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
•Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis.
•Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
