Job Summary

Own and grow Insider’s LATAM partner portfolio by improving global partner practices, generating leads, and developing go-to-market and success plans. Manage partner onboarding processes, set and run recurring meetings with global offices, and negotiate partnership terms while presenting the Insider Partner Programme. Build internal alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success to drive partner adoption and expansion using Insider’s platform and optimization best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Improve global partner practices and grow the partner portfolio through go-to-market planning and expansion opportunities.
•Manage a pipeline and generate leads for global offices and the Insider Partner Network.
•Support partner onboarding and keep global offices updated on partnership processes.
•Develop success plans that drive agency-wide adoption and partner-end-client expansion of Insider.
•Collaborate with internal teams to grow Insider channel capabilities, negotiate partnership terms, and present the Insider Partner Programme.
