Plant Operator (Nipton, CA, US, 92364)

Operate and oversee all plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally sound power facility performance. Execute steam generator, solar field, steam turbine, and auxiliary equipment operations across routine, abnormal, and emergency conditions, including LOTO procedures. Monitor and record instrumentation data, maintain shift logbooks, troubleshoot operational issues, generate work requests, and support qualified corrective and preventive maintenance. Work rotating shifts with overtime and advance toward Control Operator responsibilities.
