Own end-to-end delivery of the global Allianz in a Pocket mobile app program, orchestrating distributed build teams across Allianz Technology Thailand, an integration layer in Berlin, and OE Allianz Technology teams. •Lead global build and OE roll-outs of the Mobile App Program to ensure successful delivery across multiple regions.
•Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of product owners, developers, designers, and QA specialists (including internal and external providers).
•Coordinate delivery teams across Thailand, Germany, and OE, fostering collaboration and synergy.
•Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with Allianz Technology objectives and drive program success.
•Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and use technical expertise to solve complex problems and optimize delivery.

•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence and align senior leaders across business and technology.
•Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodology experience; PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification is desirable, plus a degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
