Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global build and OE roll-outs of the Mobile App Program to ensure successful delivery across multiple regions.
  • •Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of product owners, developers, designers, and QA specialists (including internal and external providers).
  • •Coordinate delivery teams across Thailand, Germany, and OE, fostering collaboration and synergy.
  • •Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with Allianz Technology objectives and drive program success.
  • •Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and use technical expertise to solve complex problems and optimize delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading large-scale, complex IT program deliveries in a multi-vendor, multi-geography environment.
  • •Technical program management background with the ability to engage engineering teams on architecture, integration, and delivery challenges.
  • •Experience managing distributed teams across time zones and cultures, building high-performing cross-functional delivery organizations.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence and align senior leaders across business and technology.
  • •Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodology experience; PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification is desirable, plus a degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
