Serve as the “Voice of the Creator” by collecting local feedback and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and invite high-potential creators and manage end-to-end onboarding/conversion funnels via WhatsApp and other private domains.
•Lead daily tiered operations for creator communities across EU markets and implement standardized SOPs to improve responsiveness and engagement.
•Monitor viral trends and provide “Creator Kits” (trend alerts, creation guides, task reminders) to lower barriers to creation.
•Track and analyze community metrics to find bottlenecks and design incentive programs to enable creator “level-up” transitions.
•Gather local creator feedback and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical issues and ensure localized platform benefits reach the community.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher.
•Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with local creators in at least one of German, Spanish, Italian, or French.
•Experience in international community/creator operations.
•A strong mindset for tiered user operations, including the ability to craft engaging copy.
•Ability to perform basic data analysis (Excel/BI tools) for performance reviews.
