Key Responsibilities

•Maintain daily inventory appearance and security, keeping vehicle zones and parking areas organized for smooth operations.
•Document and track incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving for accurate records.
•Receive, prepare, and process vehicles (pair locators, capture photos, secure keys) to ensure readiness for sale or auction.
•Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation to provide accurate, real-time site inventory visibility.
•Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area while supporting auction preparation and execution activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.5 - 23.3 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
•Ability to read, interpret, and enter data accurately to maintain reliable inventory records.

•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, holidays), and operate outdoors in inclement weather.
