Training Designer (Seamanship)

Join the Hunter Class Frigate Training Team to design and develop seamanship training for a major Australian Defence program. You’ll conduct training feasibility analysis, build curriculum and technology-based training solutions, produce and validate training documentation, and ensure materials meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Work within the Whole of Ship Training Team, collaborate with stakeholders and customers, and support continuous improvement using instructional design approaches and learning platforms.
