Job Summary

Lead the Parts team at an Inspection Center, directly managing hourly associates and coordinating parts ordering, inventory, and vendor interactions. Drive timely, cost-efficient procurement of required automotive parts by working closely with the Parts Manager, associates, and production leaders. Improve parts processes, meet daily/weekly/monthly site metrics, train team members on reporting and systems, and uphold safety standards while maintaining strong communication across departments.

•Manage parts processes to ensure parts are ordered correctly, timely, and cost-efficient.
•Lead and develop a team of parts associates, analyzing costs and managing orders and inventory.
•Train hourly associates to use required reporting and systems to execute Parts processes.
•Drive continuous process improvements and meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and goals.
•Maintain safety standards and conscientiously work to reduce the risk of injury while following Carvana policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in automotive parts or inventory management in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
•Strong understanding of inventory management, parts sourcing/ordering, and third-party vendor interactions.
•Demonstrated experience working with a wide variety of automotive parts.
•Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no more than two moving violations or DUI’s in the last three years.
•Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
