Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project risk management across multiple projects/programs, including creation of risk management plans and adherence to client requirements and frameworks.
  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points, monitor risk exposure against remaining risk budget, and produce timely risk reports for communication of status.
  • •Conduct quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels, and deliver qualitative risk assessment processes (QCRA & QSRA).
  • •Integrate risk management within program and project controls teams with touch points to cost and schedule management, change control, and reporting; run risk reviews and workshops.
  • •Provide strategic advice on contractual issues and disputes, support expert witnesses, manage construction stage contract and claims management, evaluate delay recovery, and support final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field; graduate degree preferred in related areas.
  • •10+ years of relevant risk management or risk program controls experience.
  • •2+ years managing high-performing risk management services and teams in a consulting environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification facilitation techniques and conducting risk management training sessions.
  • •In-depth understanding of construction contracts, commercial models, delivery methods, and process mapping/root cause/value-stream mapping.
