Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of Post Production associates and work with the Post Production Manager to repair or reject inventory based on cost and vehicle quality.
  • •Analyze vehicle flow through Quality Check and direct corrective actions for failed vehicles.
  • •Coordinate ancillary goods and services needed to complete reconditioning.
  • •Assess vehicles for necessary mechanic and cosmetic repairs and develop plans that meet manufacturer specifications and Carvana standards.
  • •Delegate and assign Post Production workflow, ensure targets are met using standardized work, and manage parts via IMS and QC follow-ups.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of related experience in a production/reconditioning environment.
  • •Experience supervising/managing a team, preferably in a production environment.

  • •Some computer/clerical skills, including using the inventory management system for ordering and QC follow-ups.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to meet safety-sensitive physical requirements (lifting/carrying and frequent standing/activity).
