Key Responsibilities

  • •Turn a newly launched MSP/VMS system of record into a governed program with SOPs, accountability structures, and an enduring operating model.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for Monument (MSP) and Beeline (VMS), managing approved suppliers and owning supplier onboarding/offboarding.
  • •Partner with Legal and Accounting to refine and operationalize worker classification and tenure management policies for SOX audit readiness.
  • •Drive organizational adoption of the contingent workforce model through communications, training, and enablement materials.
  • •Own the program roadmap beyond launch, including centralized EOR international expansion, platform enhancements, and improved spend reportability.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or workforce management, with a track record of building programs from scratch in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • •Experience managing vendor or supplier relationships, ideally in a staffing, MSP, or VMS context.

  • •Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Legal, HR, and business stakeholders.
