Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate GL entries across French, US, and Australian entities, including journal entries, accruals, and provisions.
  • •Perform balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and manage/reconcile intercompany transactions.
  • •Process supplier invoices and coding/approvals; create/review suppliers and reconcile supplier accounts.
  • •Issue customer invoices, support collections, reconcile customer accounts, and monitor aging balances, including revenue reconciliation support.
  • •Support NetSuite implementation by performing parallel testing, validating accounting flows/data, and identifying discrepancies during transition from Pennylane/Odoo.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in General/GL Accounting, with hands-on work across GL, AP, and AR.
  • •Experience managing month-end closing, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and intercompany transactions.
  • •Proven hands-on experience with Pennylane and Odoo.
  • •Experience working in an international, multi-entity and multi-currency environment.
  • •Fluent English (French is a plus).
